Terms of Service.

General Terms and Conditions governing the use of SL2Germany services and platform.

1. Scope of Application

These Terms of Service (ToS) apply to all contracts and services provided by SL2Germany (hereinafter "Provider") to its clients (hereinafter "User" or "Student"). This includes consultation, support services for studying in Germany, and related digital offerings.

2. Services and Contract Conclusion

The presentation of services on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to submit a request. The contract is concluded when we confirm your request explicitly via email or contract document.

3. Fees & Payment

Any applicable fees will be transparently communicated before a contract is finalized. Payments must be made according to the agreed-upon milestones and invoices.

4. Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SL2Germany) of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement.

5. Liability & Jurisdiction

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply to these Terms and the contractual relationship between the User and SL2Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Hannover, Germany.
